Cancellation/Spa Policy

Appointments will only be secured with a debit or credit card on file, but NOT charged until services are rendered.

-It is essential that we start your session on time. If you are late within reason, I  can only offer the remaining time of your session. 15 minutes late for a 50 minute session will result in automatic cancellation and a full cancellation fee. 25 minutes late for a 80-minute session will result in automatic cancellation and full cancellation fee.

You may cancel without charge only 2 hours prior to your appointment.  Any appointments canceled less than 2hours prior to your appointment or No Show, WILL result in a 100% cancellation fee in the amount  of your scheduled treatment.

Please be considerate with being ontime, clean, not sick, and being appropriate! These are the 3 things that are mandatory! I take pride in making sure my clients receive the best care and treatment. I accept the same consideration!
